About Heather Jagher
Heather lives in Glencoe, IL on the North Shore of Chicago with her husband and three kids. Her family takes advantage of all their community has to offer and can always be found at park district or PTO functions, exploring the local bike trails, and enjoying a treat at the local Starbucks. Heather has a BA from Washington University in St. Louis. She began her career in management consulting, first at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in the Change Management division, and then at Deloitte in Human Performance. She has experience working at many large clients, such as Sprint, AT&T, and the CDC. After burning out from a Monday through Thursday travel schedule, Heather left the consulting world to become an Human Resources professional at the Leo Burnett advertising agency. Her HR career continued at Arc Worldwide and Lululemon, where she was hired as one of the first HR Business Partners in the US.
After becoming pregnant with baby #3, Heather decided to focus on her upcoming move to suburbia, raising her three kids and volunteering in her new community of Glencoe. Since the “big move” and slower pace of living in the burbs, Heather has become very involved in her kids’ school. Heather is also involved in the Glencoe PTO, Young Women’s Board of the Jewish Federation of Chicago and sits on the board of Family Services of Glencoe.
While Heather has lived in the Chicagoland area (Evanston, North Center, Roscoe Village, and Glencoe) for over fifteen years, she is originally from Omaha, NE, and didn’t have a strategy or clear direction when searching for her family’s home in the unfamiliar suburbs of Chicago. She hopes this role will provide clients with her best practices and learnings from her immersion in suburban life and her own home search experience.
